Soueast (Fujian) Automobile Industry Co., Ltd, bekannt als Soueast Automobile, wurde am 23. November 1995 in der Stadt Fuzhou, Provinz Fujian, von der Fujian Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. und dem taiwanesischen Automobilunternehmen Yulon Group's China gegründet Motor Corporation und Japans dreigliedriges Joint Venture Mitsubishi Motors mit einem Stammkapital von 60.3 Millionen US-Dollar und einer Gesamtinvestition von 99.82 Millionen US-Dollar, davon entfielen 50 Prozent auf die Fuzhou Automobile Industry Group, China Motor und Mitsubishi Motors jeweils auf 25 Prozent. Die Gesamtinvestition beträgt 99.82 Millionen US-Dollar, mit 50 Prozent der Anteile der FAC Group, jeweils 25 Prozent von China Motor und Mitsubishi Motors. Die Produktlinie von Soueast deckt Autos, SUVs, Nutzfahrzeuge und andere Bereiche vollständig ab. Soueast bestehende SUV-Serie: „Soueast DX7“, „Soueast DX7 Prime“, „Soueast DX3“, „Soueast DX3 SRG“, Limousinen-Serie: „Soueast New V5“, „Soueast V CROSS“, „Soueast V3 Lingyue“, Nutzfahrzeug Serie: „Soueast Delica“ und andere Modellserien.
